The pressing method is divided into hot pressing and cold pressing, which is commonly used in industrial production. Generally, the cold pressing process can protect many nutrients in Meiteng oil to the greatest extent because it does not produce high temperature, Therefore, the cold pressing process is recommended for general physical pressing of Meiteng oil.
