The preparation technology of peony seed oil is as follows
1、 Seed cleaning and impurity removal: in the process of harvesting, drying, packaging, transportation and storage, the seeds will inevitably be mixed with sand, soil, stems and leaves and other debris. Impurity removal can improve oil quality and oil yield, reduce equipment wear, increase production and reduce energy consumption. The impurity content of seeds was less than 0.05%.
2、 Seed shelling and kernel shell separation: seed shelling is to improve oil yield, reduce oil loss, improve oil quality and cake quality, give full play to the production capacity of oil making equipment, reduce equipment wear and maintenance costs, reduce production power consumption, and is conducive to the comprehensive utilization of shell. The content of shell in kernel is less than 8%, the content of kernel in shell is less than 0.5%, and the water content is required to be 10-12%.
3、 Removal of moldy seed kernels: during the harvest, drying and storage of seeds, it is inevitable that some seeds will become moldy and deteriorated due to weather and improper storage. Remove moldy seed kernels to improve the quality of oil. Peony seed kernel is naturally white, only after shelling can we see the deterioration of seed kernel. The deteriorated seeds can only be picked manually, and the clean rate is required to be more than 99%.
4、 Frying material: frying material can condense oil, adjust material structure, improve oil quality, increase output and reduce power consumption. The frying material is heat conduction oil frying pan, and the frying temperature is below 130 ℃. The baking time is 40-50 minutes.

Peony seed oil degumming: colloidal impurities in crude oil, mainly phosphorus. The existence of colloidal substances, such as phospholipids, not only reduces the quality of oil, but also promotes the transition emulsification between oil and lye in the process of alkali refining and deacidification, increases the difficulty of separation of Gleditsia sinensis, and aggravates the loss of neutral oil. Therefore, it should be removed first. The temperature of water is slightly higher than that of oil. If necessary, 0.2% - 0.3% salt can improve the hydration effect. Water adding operation is the most important stage of hydration. It is necessary to carefully control the amount of water added, the temperature of water and oil, the speed of mixing and adding water, etc. When hydration, always use a spoon to take samples in the pot for observation, and flexibly master the amount and speed of water addition according to the situation. After adding water, when the colloidal particles begin to gather, slow stirring is started, and the temperature is raised to 75 ℃. When the liquid level shows obvious oil path, stop stirring, and stand for 3-4 hours, 4-5 hours in winter. Until the separation of hydrated oil foot and grease is qualified, drain the oil foot to get degumming oil and enter the next procedure. Peony seed oil contains low phospholipids, so it is not necessary to degumm alone in production, but can be carried out together with deacidification process.
Deacidification of peony seed oil: oil deacidification is mainly to remove free fatty acids in crude oil, as well as a small amount of gum, pigment and trace metal substances in oil. Deacidification is one of the important factors that directly affect the yield and quality of refined oil. The most widely used method in industrial production is alkali refining deacidification. Put the cleaning oil pump into the pot and stir evenly to make the oil temperature rise to 60 ℃. At the same time, carry out rapid stirring at the speed of 60 rpm, spray the measured lye into the oil evenly, and continue to stir quickly to make it fully mixed with the oil. Then, the stirring speed was changed to slow speed, and the rotation speed was 30 rpm. At the same time, raise the temperature to 75 ℃ until the oil and soap particles are obviously separated and easy to precipitate, stop blowing, let the soap particles settle, stand for 3 hours, and then wash with hot water slightly higher than the oil temperature to remove the remaining soap particles and other impurities in the oil. When the oil temperature drops to 60 ℃, start filtration and enter the next procedure.
Peony seed oil decolorization: oil color and some other impurities, to be decolorized in order to achieve product quality standards. At the same time, it provides more favorable conditions for deodorization and refining. Decolorization should meet the final color requirement of the product; Remove the relevant pigment and metal amount; Further remove the residual trace saponin, phospholipids and other colloidal impurities and some odor substances in the oil; Removal of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and pesticide residues; Reduce the peroxide value of oil. Activated clay is used as decolorizer, and appropriate amount of activated carbon can be added if necessary. The decolorized oil is sucked into the decolorizing pot with the help of vacuum from the oil tank, and heated to 90 ℃ in vacuum, and the air and water in the oil are removed. Then inhale the liquid decolorizing adsorbent (the dosage is generally between 1-5% of the oil weight according to the color standard of decolorization). Under the condition of full stirring in vacuum (the vacuum is 8 kPa absolute pressure), the oil contacts with the adsorbent for about 30 minutes, cools to 70 ℃, and pumps it into the filter to remove the decolorizing agent and get the decolorized oil.
Peony seed oil deodorization: the purpose of oil deodorization is to remove the substances causing peculiar smell and other volatile substances, improve the smell and color of oil, and improve the stability of oil quality. The peculiar smell of oil, the peculiar smell produced in decolorization, the clam odor produced by oil oxidation, etc. In the deodorization stage, it is required to directly spray these undesirable odors into steam distillation at high temperature in vacuum to remove them. First, open the steam valve and cooling water valve of the solar term jet vacuum pump to vacuum the deodorization pot. When the vacuum degree reaches a certain value, open the oil inlet valve and use the vacuum to suck the decolorized oil into the deodorization pot. Then, open the heat transfer oil valve to raise the temperature in the pot to 190 ℃. When the temperature reaches 100 ℃, open the direct steam to make the oil in the pot turn over fully. Spraying direct steam for about 3 hours, the vacuum in the whole deodorization process must keep the residual pressure of 0.13-0.8 kPa, and the direct injection amount is about 5% - 15% of the weight of processed oil. Close the heating system of heat transfer oil 30 minutes before the deodorization time. After the oil deodorization is completed, close the direct steam, open the cooling valve, cool the oil below 70 ℃, finally close the vacuum pump, break the vacuum, and pump out the deodorized clean oil.
