1. Preheat before each oil extraction, preheat temperature: 50-70 ℃ in summer and autumn, 70-90 ℃ in winter and spring. The automatic control of preheating system does not need to turn off the temperature control switch.
2. Hold the wrench handle of the top plate, open the top plate 180 degrees from the working position, pad the bottom of the press well, and lower the piston in place for standby
3. Run the machine empty for 1-2 minutes before each berthing. If the hydraulic oil thickens in winter and spring, run the machine empty for 5-10 minutes to make the oil thin and easy to operate.
4. Drain the oil fume and put it into the press.
5. Place a cushion on the upper end of the oil in the press box, put the separator plate on the upper end of the press box and push it into the press box. If there is less oil, the oil can be raised when starting up to keep the oil in the upper plane slightly lower than the upper end of the press box; Otherwise, the top plate will not be closed. Lift the handle of the manual control valve and press it
6. The hydraulic press must be operated by a specially assigned person. The main machine is not allowed to leave during the pressure rising process. When the pressure reaches 55 MPa, the main motor stops working. Otherwise, the power supply should be turned off immediately to check whether the pressure gauge is damaged or out of order, and whether the AC contactor is damaged. If there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately. After checking, it can be used again
7. When the pressure gauge rises to 55 MPa, the electrical control system will stop automatically. When the press pressure drops to 45 MPa, the electrical control system will start automatically, the pressure of the pressure gauge will rise again, and there is no oil seepage in the oil seam of the press, indicating that the oil has been squeezed out.
8. Shut down the machine, hold the handle of the hand control valve, press down on the valve core of the hand control valve to make the press drop to 10 mm from the top, lift the handle of the hand control valve and open the top plate.
9. Turn on the machine, the oil cake rises, the piston top plate is about 5mm higher than the upper end face of the press box, turn off the machine, take down the separator plate and the upper cushion, and take out the oil cake.
10. Press the handle and the piston down to prepare for the second press
