1. In case of abnormal cake output or oiling, extrude the screw shaft, check the wear of screw, press and cake nozzle, and replace the worn parts in time.
2. Regularly check the power interface and distribution board of hydraulic press and heating coil, and pay attention to the power consumption.
3. The lubrication of the oil press should be checked every 50 hours. There should be no lack of oil in the gearbox and the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump should keep a dead angle. In the adjusting screw hole of each shift, grease shall be filled in the internal bearing of the adjusting screw pressing the screw shaft. Dry grinding is strictly prohibited.
