At present, the oil presses used by large and medium-sized domestic oil plants, including some small oil plants, are mainly 6YL screw oil press and 200 hydraulic oil press. These oil plants generally adopt the complete process of pre pressing, leaching and refining, which makes the enterprises give full play to good economic benefits.
Characteristics of hydraulic oil press:
1. Wide application range
The hydraulic press is suitable for different oils and different production scales. Different power machines and tools (diesel engine and motor) can be used for oil pressing production, especially small oil presses, such as 95 and 130 oil presses, which are flexible and convenient to use.
2. The process and operation are simple and easy
Generally, oil can be pressed after pretreatment. Some small factories fry seeds directly and press the whole seeds (but not advocated). Generally, one person can guard one 6YL screw oil press and 200 hydraulic oil press. When large and medium-sized oil plants use multiple oil presses for production, one person can also guard more than one.
3. Production is relatively safe
In the production of hydraulic oil press, the mechanical operation of oil press is stable and the rotation speed of main shaft is slow. The 95 oil press is 28-35 rpm and the 200 oil press is 8 rpm. Generally, there will be no safety accidents.
