Hydraulic oil is very important for the hydraulic press. Although the hydraulic oil is not a body part of the hydraulic press, we can see its status from the name. Therefore, the hydraulic oil must be replaced and inspected regularly like the important parts of the hydraulic press. The hydraulic press will cause the loss or deterioration of hydraulic oil during operation. Hydraulic oil will slowly age and deteriorate due to mechanical, physical and chemical effects. When the quality of the working medium is reduced to not meet the index requirements, it is necessary to replace it in time. Once the hydraulic oil is produced, it will face the threat of deterioration. In the long-term storage process, the particulate pollutants in the oil tend to agglomerate. During transportation, due to the influence of vibration, coalescence will occur in small particles. Finally, after entering the hydraulic system, the fission speed will be greatly accelerated. Taking mineral oil hydraulic oil as an example, more than 96% of the components are carbon and hydrogen compounds - hydrocarbons, and the rest are sulfur, nitrogen and ash. Various additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-wear, anti rust, defoaming and pour point reduction are also added as needed. In the hydraulic system, it is also affected by external factors such as air, moisture, impurities, heat, light and mechanical agitation. At the same time, the chemical composition of hydraulic oil and the properties of additives will also cause various physical and chemical changes, making the hydraulic oil aging and deteriorating step by step. Therefore, we must regularly check that the hydraulic oil can not be used or can not meet the working needs of the hydraulic press. If it deteriorates, we must replace it with a new hydraulic oil, otherwise it will have a bad impact on the hydraulic press.
