Common faults and troubleshooting.
The water content of folded pressing material is low. 1. The press cage of the oil press makes a clucking sound, which makes the whole oil press vibrate; 2. The cake shall not be lumped, dispersed, dark brown and have focus; 3. The motor load current is higher than 30 amps; 4. The oil outlet position moves towards the cake outlet, the cake outlet emits blue smoke, the oil output is reduced, and the color is dark brown. If the above phenomenon lasts too long, it will lead to major mechanical damage accidents. At this time, it is necessary to immediately reduce the steam pressure, increase the direct steam injection in the upper steam cylinder, close the blanking door, reduce the feeding to the press cage, increase the cake thickness, gradually reduce the load of the press, and then adjust it to return to normal operation.
The water content of folded juice is very high. 1. When the water content of the pressed material is high, the following phenomena will occur: 1. Little or no feeding, or rotating with the shaft; 2. The cake is soft, with a lot of water vapor. The cake comes out with oil. When the cake comes out, the cake rotates with the shaft; 3. The motor load drops and the working current is less than 20 amps; 4. The oil output decreases, the oil color turns white and bubbles, and the oil outlet position moves to the supply end. In case of the above situation, increase the indirect steam pressure immediately, reduce the injection amount of direct steam, and add slag cake at the supply port until the oil press returns to normal state.
