Flaxseed, also known as flax seed, is the seed of annual or perennial herb flax, which can extract oil. It is one of the top ten oil crops in the world, and its output occupies the seventh place.
Linseed oil (industrial), flaxseed oil (food), also known as flaxseed oil, flaxseed oil and flaxseed oil, is a colorless to light yellow oil obtained from dried and mature seeds of flax.
The total content of crude protein, fat and total sugar in flaxseed is as high as 84.07%. There are many kinds of amino acids in flaxseed protein, and the content of essential amino acids is as high as 5.16%. Flaxseed contains flavonoids 23 mg / 100 g. Flaxseed is also rich in mineral elements, including potassium and zinc. Zinc is an essential trace element for human body, which plays an important role in maintaining normal physiological function.
The oil content of flaxseed is 35-45%. The content of unsaturated fatty acid in flaxseed oil is very high, and the content of linolenic acid is 61.27%. Linolenic acid is an essential fatty acid for human body, which can be converted into eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid in human body. The above results show that flaxseed and seed oil have high nutritional value and can be used as raw materials for processing food, medicine or animal feed, The prospect of comprehensive utilization and development is broad.
Flaxseed cold pressing complete equipment
The equipment does not need to stir or steam flaxseed, raw material cleaning, low-temperature quenching and tempering, and then directly press in the screw cold press machine to get cold pressed crude oil with the pressing temperature lower than 70 ℃.
Technological process: flaxseed (flaxseed) → cleaning → conditioning → cold pressing → filtration → cold pressing oil
Process Description: after cleaning, flaxseed (flaxseed) is put into the conditioner for low-temperature conditioning, and then split into the screw cold press for cold pressing. The cold pressed oil residue is pumped into the cold pressed oil storage tank for storage after being fished by the slag extractor and filtered by the filter, and the cold pressed cake is transported to the cake warehouse through the conveyor.
Main equipment: cleaning screen, stone remover, conditioner, double screw cold press, filter, slag extractor, etc.
Main features: the production line has high degree of automation, fully retains the natural nutrients of flaxseed oil, with golden color, no peculiar smell, no need for decolorization and deodorization, and the finished cold pressed oil can be obtained after direct water washing, drying, filtering and dewaxing.
Flaxseed oil refining equipment
The unsaturated fatty acids in linseed oil are very sensitive to temperature, so the refining of linseed oil should adopt low temperature refining. Different refining processes were adopted for cold pressed oil and leached oil respectively.
Linseed oil produced by cold pressing technology has low acid value, golden color, and natural pigments such as carotenoids and no other pigments produced by high temperature oxidation. Therefore, deacidification and decolorization are not carried out. In order to fully preserve the nutrient essence of flaxseed, low temperature semi refining process is adopted, and all refining processes are carried out at low temperature to avoid high temperature oxidation. It has light flaxseed flavor, no fishy smell or other odor brought by conventional production process.
Cold pressed crude oil process: cold pressed crude oil → filtration → washing → drying → dewaxing → filtration → product oil
Process Description: after filtration, cold pressed crude oil is washed and degummed, then dehydrated in vacuum, finally dewaxed at low temperature, and wax is filtered out to get product oil.
Flaxseed oil produced by leaching technology has higher acid value than that by cold pressing, and its color is dark brown. It needs to be deacidified and decolorized. Low temperature full refining process is adopted, which not only preserves the nutritional components of flaxseed oil, but also meets the requirements of national quality standards.
