Later, due to poor management, the company accumulated a large amount of expired or about to expire edible oil, and during the transportation of imported edible oil, the packaging of some oil products was damaged. In April 2012, the company changed its legal representative to Mr. Yu. After Mr. Ye and Mr. Yu jointly operated and managed the company, in order to sell the edible oil mentioned above, without food production license qualification, the company rented a warehouse in a village of Qingtian County in mid June 2012, and purchased oil filling machine, inkjet printer, wiping solution and other tools, Zhou and others, together with their employees, have been engaged in the activities of refilling edible oil, wiping and changing the production date of edible oil for a long time in the warehouse that does not meet the requirements of food safety production. On February 19, 2013, they were found by Qingtian County Bureau of industry and Commerce on the spot, and then the case was committed.
After further investigation, the total amount of money involved in the case reached more than 1.6 million yuan, of which 25200 liters of edible oil, 70 gift boxes of edible oil and 20 boxes of rapeseed oil had been sold to Ningbo, Jinhua and Dalian, respectively, involving more than 590000 yuan; The seized rapeseed oil (40114 liters) and soybean oil (5712l) for sale, involving more than 1.01 million yuan.
Recently, the people's Procuratorate of Qingtian County prosecuted ye, Yu and Zhou for the crime of producing and selling fake and shoddy products. The people's Court of Qingtian County has accepted the case and will try the case at an alternative time.
