The oil output determines the quality of small oil press. There are many technical conditions for determining oil production. For the small oil press itself, the pressure and temperature of the pressure chamber are the main factors affecting the performance of the small oil press. The oil press adopts circular operation, the oil line gap is 150 wires, and the amount of slag is large, which reduces the pressure of the pressure chamber, reduces the oil yield, and ensures the pressure and income of the pressure chamber. The use of electronic control technology ensures that the pressure chamber is compatible with the oil outlet temperature, and timely controls the pressure and temperature required by different oils.
During work: add oil to each lubricating part of the oil press 2-3 times during each shift, and wipe the oil on the body surface after work every day. After working for about 3 months, clean the two shaft sleeves of the transmission shaft, fill the bearing with butter, and adjust the concentricity of the screw and the press chamber. If the screw and cake ring are seriously worn, they shall be replaced; When the wear of one side of the strip reaches 2mm, it can be used on another side. If both sides of the press equipment are worn, replace the press strip. If both sides are worn, it needs to be crushed frequently with a wooden stick.
Oil press: it is divided into cold pressing method and hot pressing method by the pretreatment of pressing raw materials, also known as mature pressing method. Cold pressing method means that raw materials are directly added to the oil press to extrude oil without baking or steaming. The oil color is relatively light and bright, but the oil yield is low, the oil taste is not strong and mellow. In addition, during ripe pressing, oil crops should be dried before extrusion, so as to reduce the moisture of raw materials and increase the activity and fluidity of oil molecules, so as to improve the oil yield and ensure the aroma of oil flavor. But it also destroys the chemical composition of the oil, causing the color of the oil to become dark and black.
