The operation steps of using the oil press can be divided into: before startup, before pressing, after pressing and before shutdown, master the use technology of the oil press, improve the oil rate and oil quality and reduce faults.
1. Before startup: first adjust the gap between the screw shaft and the cake outlet to make it reach the cake outlet forward, and then reverse it for 2-3 turns to control the gap at 0.5-1.0mm.
2. Before pressing: idle the oil press for 3-5min, and then feed the oil cake or raw materials evenly and slowly to heat the chamber. When the feed is dry, the body temperature can be increased, otherwise it can be reduced. Ordinary body temperature is between 70-80 degrees Celsius before pressing.
3. During pressing: the thickness of the oil cake shall be slowly adjusted. Different types of oil products and pressing times are also different. The thickness of the cake is generally controlled between 0.25-0.5mm. If the work is satisfactory, pull the lever to lock the adjusting nut to increase the feeding amount to the normal feeding amount. If the cake discharging is not smooth or the cake discharging is stopped, the feeding shall be stopped, the feed regulating plate shall be pulled out, the stored materials at the feed inlet shall be discharged, and then slowly exit the main shaft to remove the blockage at the discharge outlet. When pressing sesame, peanut and other oil with high oil output, it can be pressed two or three times continuously in batches, and 5kg per batch is appropriate.
4. During work: add oil to each lubricating Part 2-3 times during each shift, and wipe the oil on the body surface after work every day. After working for about 3 months, clean the two shaft sleeves of the transmission shaft, fill the bearing with butter, and adjust the concentricity of the screw shaft and the press chamber. If the screw shaft and cake ring are seriously worn, they should be replaced; When the wear of one side of the press strip reaches 2mm, it can be used for another side. If the two sides of the oil press equipment are worn, the press strip shall be replaced. If both sides are worn, it is necessary to frequently smash the feed inlet with a wooden stick to prevent the feed inlet from being blocked, strive to feed evenly and remove the slag leakage in time. The recovered oil residue can be put back into the hopper to continue pressing.
5. Before shutdown: the feeding shall be stopped, but all the residual cakes in the press chamber shall be discharged before increasing the cake discharge clearance to discharge the excess oil residue in the press chamber. After shutdown, the screw shaft shall be pulled out and the residue in the press chamber and each gap shall be removed in time to avoid forming hard blocks and affecting the next work.
