Working principle of automatic oil press: when the automatic oil press is running, the treated oil enters the oil press from the hopper. On the other hand, as the root diameter of the screw becomes thicker and the pitch decreases, the screw material embryo can be pushed forward or turned outward, and the material layer close to the screw surface can also rotate with the screw. In this way, the particles of each material embryo in the press chamber are not constant velocity, but in the same direction, and there is also relative movement between the particles. The heat generated by friction meets the heat required for the operation of oil pressing technology, contributes to the thermal denaturation of proteins in embryos, destroys colloids, increases plasticity, reduces viscosity, improves the oil yield of the oil press, and the oil in the material flows out of the discharge gap and discharge gap of the garden.
Correct installation method of automatic oil press: clean the newly purchased oil press before installation. Take out the main shaft, remove the press cage, and polish the outer and inner surfaces of the press screw and the screw feeder with emery cloth. Add grease to all lubrication parts and lubricating oil to gearbox, and its variety and brand shall meet the requirements of the manual. After the round row is polished, the installation machine must be arranged in the original position. The arrangement position and order of circular rows are closely related to the oil pressing performance. After the round row is installed, fasten it with the fastening nut, and the degree of fastening will creep when the disc squeezes oil. After the above treatment, the oil press equipment can be fixed with anchor bolts. During installation, the motor pulley shall be aligned with the pulley of the oil press, the position shall be moderate, the rotation direction shall be correct, and the belt tightness shall be properly adjusted.
