The working temperature of the screw press shall be determined according to the type of oil and the degree of dryness and wetness. If the feed is dry, the machine temperature should be higher, otherwise it can be lower. Generally, the oil can be discharged when the machine temperature is 60 ℃. When you feel hot by touching the body shell, you can put it into normal operation. How much is the working temperature of the screw oil press suitable?
In the normal production of the screw oil press, the screw oil press manufacturer tells everyone to maintain it regularly, so as to prolong the service life of the screw oil press. During maintenance and repair, there are the following aspects:
1. The oil press shall regularly lubricate all parts with butter or engine oil. Generally, the copper sleeve and adjusting screw sleeve work for 4 ~ 6 hours, add oil once, and the rolling bearing shall be cleaned and refilled with butter after using for 3 ~ 4 months.
2. The oil press shall be overhauled once after working for 3 ~ 4 months.
3. In the screw oil press, the maintenance items include: adjusting the concentricity of the screw shaft and the press chamber; Check the wear of vulnerable parts such as screw, strip and cake ring. The wear of pressing screw mostly occurs on the last three threads. When the wear affects the production efficiency, it should be replaced with a new one. After the strip is worn into an arc shape, the pressure in the press chamber will be reduced. If the wear amount reaches 2mm, it can be used on another side. After both sides are worn, it should be replaced with a new one.
After the machine is idling normally, feed a small amount of oil evenly and slowly to heat the chamber and observe whether the cake is smooth. If it cannot be discharged smoothly, it may be that the gap at the cake outlet is too small, rotate the adjusting hand wheel clockwise. If too much and too fast cake is found, turn the adjusting hand wheel counterclockwise until it works normally. Then slowly increase the feeding amount to prevent uneven feeding and sudden increase of load, resulting in blockage.
When the screw oil press is started, the cake thickness shall be slowly adjusted. When the cake thickness is adjusted to 0.3 ~ 1.0mm, it is considered to meet the requirements. At this time, the handle can be pulled to lock the adjusting nut and increase the feeding amount. During the work, the cake outlet shall be checked frequently. If the cake outlet is not smooth or the cake outlet is stopped, the feeding shall be stopped, the lower insert plate shall be pulled out, the stored materials at the feed inlet shall be eliminated, the main shaft shall be pulled out slowly and the blockage shall be removed.
