What are the common troubleshooting methods of hydraulic oil press? What if you don't suck oil?
1. When the oil pump does not absorb oil for maintenance, if the filter is blocked by dirt, remove and clean the filter. If the oil is used for a long time and the movable valve is not closed due to the sediment attached to the oil inlet movable valve, replace the new oil or release the old oil for filtration, and clean the oil inlet movable valve. If there is not enough oil in the tank, add enough oil to the tank. If there is no vacuum in the oil pump, pull out the small piston and inject oil before pressing.
2. When the oil pump pressure is insufficient for maintenance, if the valve has dirt or poor sealing, it can be disassembled, washed and ground to make it close. If the oil inlet valve plug of the oil press has poor contact with the valve seat, it can also be removed and cleaned and ground to make it close. If the oil leakage is caused by poor contact between the oil inlet valve plug and the valve seat of the oil press or not tightened, grind the oil inlet valve plug and valve seat on the oil press to make them close and tighten the plug. If the clearance between the small piston and the pump body is too large after wear, replace the pump with a new one.
3. During oil leakage maintenance of oil cylinder and piston, if the leather bowl mouth is wrongly installed upward, it shall be reinstalled according to the correct direction. If the cup is damaged, replace it with a new one.
4. During valve port fault inspection, if there is dirt in the oil and the steel ball valve is not sealed, clean the Anquan valve, remove the dirt and close the steel ball valve. When the spring loses its elasticity and cannot withstand high pressure, it shall be replaced with a new spring.
When the adjusting screw is loose and the jump valve does not reach the specified pressure, readjust the screw to make the jump valve when the pressure reaches the specified pressure. If the steel ball will damage the valve due to frequent overpressure operation, regrind the valve, replace the ball with a new one, and pay attention to the operating procedures.
